Anne-Marie Macken

Anne-Marie is an EMCC accredited coach. She is a qualified financial advisor and accountant who worked for 15 years at Bank of Ireland. In 2020, she founded Money Coaching Ireland to empower individuals towards financial well-being. Combining her financial expertise and coaching background, Anne-Marie delivers workshops on financial awareness and empowerment.

Through Money Coaching Ireland, Anne-Marie has delivered coaching, personal and business finance workshops to over 2,000 individuals in 1-1 and group settings. She has written extensively and commented in a number of national media publications on personal finance and money mindset topics. As Head of Customer Financial Analysis at Bank of Ireland, Anne-Marie designed and implemented a comprehensive training programme to enhance the financial analysis capability of the Team. Combined with a robust QA process, the training enabled the delivery of key insights on customers’ financial performance for credit assessment purposes. During her 15-year career at Bank of Ireland, Anne-Marie engaged in several initiatives to enhance the well-being of her colleagues including the facilitation of mindfulness courses.

In her coaching practice, she integrates mindfulness and positive psychology to guide clients toward a more purposeful life. Anne-Marie lives near the Phoenix Park in Dublin with her husband and two children. She actively volunteers with her local GAA club and school to support children’s well-being and foster a sense of community.

To maintain personal well-being, Anne-Marie engages in sport, yoga and the outdoors.

Jason Brennan

Jason Brennan is a highly experienced coach, psychotherapist, and facilitator with over 25 years in the mental health and personal development field. A Certified Transactional Analyst with a BA in Psychoanalysis, he brings deep psychological insight to his work with individuals, teams, and senior leaders. Jason has coached internationally—including for one of New Zealand’s largest companies—and developed the Thrive programme for 80 senior Google managers.

An author, supervisor, and lifelong advocate for professional standards in the field, Jason serves as President of the Irish Transactional Analysis Association (TIATA) and Vice Chair of the Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP), as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is dedicated to helping people grow in self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate work and life with clarity and confidence.

Camille Donegan

Camille is a Virtual Reality consultant and content producer with 15 year parallel careers in both technology and the arts (theatre, film, radio).

Camille is a creative producer across multiple mediums – video, radio, theatre and produces our VR interactive corporate training experiences.

She is a qualified Scrum Master and IT Trainer (Jeb diploma) with an MSC in Computer Science.

Since discovering Virtual Reality and realising the potential for this immersive medium, she has been researching and developing concepts for how Virtual Reality can impact our experiences at work and at play.

Camille has ran VR and AR (Augmented Reality) workshops for clients including: Shinawil (TV production company),  Xwerx (UX design company), iNavtas Technologies (Fintech company), National College of Ireland and the Centre for Creative Practices. She also lectures on a Transmedia postgraduate course in Griffith College.

She was featured on the Irish Times’ Women’s Podcast and panelled the VR panel discussion at Guth Gafa international documentary film festival.

Karl Quinn

Karl Quinn is a professional corporate role player, actor, and storyteller with 30 years of experience who has designed and delivered storytelling workshops for participants in education, services, and financial workforce sectors. He brings over 20 years of experience as an applied Drama Facilitator, utilizing skills from his professional acting, writing, directing, and voice-over career, having worked with clients including KPMG, Northern Trust Bank, Smurfit Business School, and Salesforce.

Marie McCarthy

Matthew Ralli

Matthew Ralli is an experienced Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Corporate Role Player who brings more than 20 years of diverse professional and creative experience to his coaching practice. Combining extensive leadership and business insight with a background in the performing arts, Matthew creates immersive and reflective learning experiences that help leaders grow in authenticity, communication, and self-awareness.

He specialises in facilitating role-play-based development, executive coaching, and Forum Theatre interventions for clients in financial services, legal, public, and creative sectors. He is known for his empathetic and engaging style—balancing challenge with warmth to enable lasting behavioural change.

Matthew’s journey from managing a successful landscape design company in Australia to becoming an award-winning theatre director and writer in Ireland has shaped his appreciation for creativity, collaboration, and courage in leadership. Through his company In The Round Coaching, he also provides coaching and mentoring for artists and creative professionals, combining corporate coaching techniques with the sensitivities of the arts world.

Roni Gilboa Maguire

Roni Gilboa Maguire is an Organisational Psychologist and Well-being practitioner who integrates evidence-based psychology, breathwork, and somatic coaching to support resilient individuals and healthy workplace cultures. She specialises in helping people and teams navigate stress, strengthen communication, and create environments where wellbeing fuels sustainable performance.

Roni has worked with global tech multinationals including Google and TikTok, where she led high-impact programmes focused on culture, leadership, and organisational transformation. Her expertise spans employee engagement, wellbeing strategy, leadership development, and talent management, and she is known for blending deep psychological insight with practical, results-driven solutions.

She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University, where her first-class dissertation was nominated for publication, and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy (with distinction) from Tel Aviv University.

Susannah De Wrixon

Susannah De Wrixon is a Corporate Role Player specialising in communication, leadership development, and workplace wellness. She holds an Arts degree from UCD and a Diploma in Theatre Studies, and is a trained actor and singer who has performed in theatres throughout Ireland. She brings over 16 years of experience working with HR at Deloitte Ireland, delivering programmes ranging from networking skills to coaching and navigating challenging conversations. Her work spans diverse industries including financial services, government, healthcare, education and construction, with clients such as Deloitte, KPMG, the Civil Service, RCPI, An Garda Síochána, Microsoft, Bank of Ireland and more.

In her role play work, Susannah supports learning across all organizational levels, enabling employees and leaders to enhance their communication skills, manage difficult conversations and develop their leadership presence. She has facilitated communication skills workshops with the Central Bank including Forum Theatre, and has delivered workplace safety programmes to major construction companies. She brings this holistic understanding of presence, breath and body awareness to her corporate work, recognizing the common thread of performance, presence and communicative skill that connects all aspects of her professional practice. Susannah has also worked with private clients on presentation skills, drawing on her extensive performance background to help individuals maximize their impact.

Laura Kelly

Laura Kelly is a Corporate Role Player specialising in authentic communication and leadership presence. Laura trained professionally at Bull Alley Theatre Training Company, completing a four-year full-time theatre training course and receiving certification in association with Trinity Guildhall London. As a professional singer, she brings a unique understanding of voice, breath and embodied presence to her work. Laura uses her expertise in vocal technique and breath work to help leaders maximize their impact and manage stress. She has worked as a corporate role player since 2012, bringing thirteen years of experience across diverse industries including financial services, big tech, telecommunications, healthcare, construction and transport. She has collaborated with clients such as KPMG and Brown Thomas.

In her role play work, she supports executive learning by enabling employees and leaders to navigate difficult conversations, enhance their communication skills and develop their leadership presence. Laura is passionate about the connection between breath, mind and body, incorporating her practice of yoga, pilates and year-round sea swimming into her holistic approach to workplace wellness and resilience. Before transitioning to performance and facilitation full-time, Laura worked in retail pharmacy for many years, reaching management level—an experience that deepened her understanding of team leadership and client service across all organizational levels.

Annika McGivern

Annika is a Mental Performance Consultant and Coach, specialising in Sport and Performance Psychology. Coming from a high-performance equestrian sport background, she has gained over ten years professional coaching experience. Combining this experience with a BA of Psychology from the University of Victoria and a MSc of Sport and Exercise Psychology from Ulster University, she delivers highly practical solutions for teams and individuals with a focus on optimal performance and wellbeing outcomes. Annika brings insights about performance, leadership and communication from a sport context and successfully applies them to a business context, specializing in resilience, mindset, communication and presentation skills. Annika also delivers specialized training for personal trainers and gym owners to help bring the benefits of exercise psychology to the gym environment. Annika is a guest lecturer in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching on the UCC Masters in Personal and Management Coaching programme. She is a firm believer in promoting wellbeing through sport and business and has conducted research on current mental health challenges in equestrian sport. Annika also enjoys writing about performance psychology and occasionally appears as a guest blogger for Adaptas.

Alistair McBride

Al is an experienced entrepreneur starting businesses in fields as diverse as online video production, e-learning, art consultancy, history and tourism and website development.

Following a foundation in psychotherapy and counselling, he moved into Strategic Intervention Coaching, a highly results directed synthesis of multiple psychological schools and approaches. The balance of empathy and creativity with practical, actionable, outcome focused strategies greatly suits his personality and philosophy.

In addition to delivering group training and coaching with Adaptas in corporate organisations and governmental bodies such as Compu B, Phorest, the IMI, ISI, CIB and Maynooth University, Alistair privately coaches business owners and management. He enjoys working with groups and one-to-one, both in person and online. Resilience training and Stress Management are two key areas of particular interest, as well as sustainable behaviour change and increased productivity through peak performance psychology.

He has focused his knowledge in resilience, stress management and the resulting improvements in productivity and happiness into a prototype online video training course called ‘The RISE Method’ (Resilience, Insight, Strategy, Effectiveness).

Alistair is on the Facilitator panel for UCD’s Innovation Academy in their post-graduate course ‘Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise’. He has lectured in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching on the UCC Masters in Coaching programme and is on the recommended coaches list at UCC.

Niamh NiDhonaill

Niamh combines 20 years’ experience in business with a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching to bring a professional approach to her executive coaching, training and facilitation programmes.

Managing at the coalface of a large international organisation,  Niamh has worked in sales, marketing and general management positions at a senior level. Through this experience Niamh understands the intricacies of corporate culture both locally and internationally. Niamh’s role became more focussed on developing and mentoring colleagues to achieve their full potential and reach targets set personally or by the company.

Over the years Niamh has carved out a niche in supporting clients as they transition from manager to leader. Research shows that such transitions are challenging and exciting, full of opportunities and threats. The move from manager to leader, can lead to success and fulfilment, but can also be a time where seasoned professionals can feel vulnerable and alone.

By creating self-awareness and focussing on understanding the role, focus and  behaviours needed to be successful during this transition, Niamh supports the new leader as they navigate the first three to six months in the new role, offering insights and observations that can enable the new leader to develop and  thrive. 

Transition coaching gives the client space and time to reflect and finetune what needs to be done to be successful and supports the client through this exciting yet sometimes daunting time.
