Dr. Celine Mullins – CEO

Dr. Celine Mullins has over 15 years’ experience as a Psychologist, Coach and Learning Consultant working across private and public organisations and institutions.

Utilising the most up to date research and information from the intersection between neurobiology, psychology, neuroscience and psychology, Celine creates coaching and learning experiences that give people the tools to develop their ‘soft’ skills including Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Resilience. Celine also works with teams and organisations to instill high performance, to improve culture and climate, and with her team, creates video and award-winning virtual reality learning solutions.

Celine teaches the Cognitive Behavioural Coaching Module of the MSc in Personal and Management Coaching, University College Cork (annually since 2015).

She has published two books with Oak Tree Press; “Our Learning Brain” and “Developing Learning Habits“. These books support readers to understand and overcome blocks to learning and habit change and provide practical advice, tools, and techniques that can be put into practice immediately

Celine also designed and facilitates the ‘Skills for Growth Coaching Programme’ which takes participants through a process of positive change in their personal or professional lives, so that they can apply that process again and again themselves or with others.

Celine obtained her BA (Hons) in Psychology at University College Dublin and her Ph.D at Trinity College Dublin. She also has a Certificate in Training and Development, Diploma in Statistics, Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certificate in The  Neuroscience of Change,  has studied Transpersonal Leadership Coaching with Leadershape (www.leadershapeglobal.com).

 

 

 

 

Janet Kane

Janet Kane is the Head of L&D Coordination and Finance and an Executive Coach. She holds a Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience from the Positive Success Group and a BA in Business Studies, with a Finance specialism, from DCU. Janet is a licensed, accredited practitioner coach with the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience (WACN).

Janet has a special interest in helping her coaching clients to positively focus, to believe in themselves and their potential, to successfully navigate challenging situations and to improve their interpersonal relationships in the workplace. She delicately uncovers the truth in the challenges clients are facing and invites them to explore new perspectives and ways forward.

Janet acutely listens to understand, always with an empathetic but very pragmatic ear and encourages clients to push through the obstacles in their path to meaningful change and personal success.

Janet also brings a strong financial services background, where she has gained extensive corporate experience and an abundance of interpersonal skills. She has over 12 years’ experience working in both the private and public sector, having held varied senior roles in fund accounting and financial reporting with both multi-national and homegrown financial service organisations, and then switching to a prudential supervisory role in the regulation of the funds industry in Ireland. Throughout her financial services career, Janet successfully managed high performing and cohesive teams and attended key stakeholder and client meetings.

Padraig Mullins

A graduate of UCD Padraig pursued an accounting career in London from the late sixties to mid-seventies. He travelled extensively throughout UK, Europe and Middle East representing the international accounting practice Arthur Young, providing audit and specialist financial services to clients such as Hertz, BASF, Ideal Standard, Apple Records and many others.

He returned to Dublin and took on Financial Directorships and Company Secretarial roles across a wide range of commercial activities including construction (RDC Construction), independent broadcasting (Sunshine Radio), I.T. (DDP Computing), Retail (GAP Fashion stores), DIY (Richmond Builders Providers). He acquired extensive experience in dealing with staff communications and behaviour. Continued in this role through nineteen seventies, eighties and nineties.

More recently, in 1997 he became involved in commercial property development and management in the Ballymount area of West Dublin. This continuing involvement has required participation and communication with occupants, investors and contractors and he now brings his years of experience and skills to Adaptas Ltd.

Eibhlin Johnston

Eibhlin is an author, speaker, executive coach and highly experienced facilitator. She has 30 years’ experience working in blue-chip organisations across of range of business areas. Eibhlin is a Director of The Resiliency Hub which provides resilience and wellness coaching and training across a range of levels and businesses. She has 15 years’ coaching and training experience across a broad client base. Eibhlin brings her experience as a senior manager to her training. She delivers highly interactive and practical relevant training on a range of topics, including resilience, management skills, communication and strategic change initiatives. She was the lead of the Women’s Network in JP Morgan and was appointed as a senior mentor in the Bank. Her book, Gut Throat Leadership – Bouncing Back is an exploration of leadership and the way we think and lead with resilience. Eibhlin qualified with a BA Hons in Economics in 1990. She has a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP and a facilitator of the iheart Resiliency Training Programme. Eibhlin is certified with the Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW), a psychometric measure of resilience and its impact on wellbeing for people in work.  She is a Senior Practitioner accredited with the EMCC and sits on the Council of the EMCC in Ireland.  

 

Neil Cody

Neil Cody has over 25 years of experience as a Learning and Development leader, consultant, designer, facilitator, and coach. He has worked for global brands including Twitter, PayPal, and Dell, where he led strategic learning, talent, and leadership development initiatives at global enterprise scale, supporting multiple industries, job functions, and career levels. His ability to adapt to various industries and job functions has enabled him to apply his expertise to a broad range of clients. As a creative strategist, Neil operates with a consultative mindset, collaborating with clients to analyse their current situation and designing solutions that address challenges, facilitate change, and enhance individual and collective performance. As a sought-after facilitator, he is adept at communicating, building rapport, and creating psychologically safe environments that enable groups to connect, engage, and learn comfortably together.

Neil holds a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from the Positive Success Group and a QQI Level 6 Distinction in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics. He is a Global Gallup Strengths Coach and is certified in Emotional Intelligence with MHS EQ-i 2.0. He also holds certifications in GlobeSmart Profile, Hogan Assessments, Insights Discovery, Everything DiSC by Wiley, and The Five Behaviors by Wiley, among numerous other professional licenses and certifications. Recognised as a Senior Practitioner-level accredited Coach (EIA) by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Neil has delivered 750+ hours of coaching to a diverse range of clients. He is an active member of the EMCC coaching community.

Brian Garvey

Dr. Brian Garvey is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Clinical Supervisor whose career spans Ireland, the UK, and the USA. With over 20 years’ experience, he blends deep psychological expertise with a warm, pragmatic coaching approach that helps individuals and teams achieve clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress in their professional lives.

Brian’s work is grounded in psychological science and human connection—supporting leaders and professionals to navigate self-doubt, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and lead authentically in complex environments. Bernie McNelis

Bernie McNelis is an Executive Coach, Corporate Role-Player and Facilitator who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every learning experience. With a background in retail financial services (banking), she understands the commercial realities and pressures professionals face. Passionate about unlocking individual and team potential, she helps people develop the confidence, communication, and self-awareness needed to perform at their best.

As a leadership and executive coach, Bernie partners with professionals at all levels—from early-career talent to C-suite executives—guiding them to build their presence, enhance their leadership impact, and navigate pivotal career transitions. John Lovett

John is an extremely experienced ICF PCC-accredited Executive Coach and Facilitator. For more than 20 years he has worked with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Clients have remarked that John has “a wonderful way of drawing natural instincts out of leaders.”

John had a successful I.T. career working both in Ireland and Germany. He then re-entered full-time education to study acting, after which he became a professional actor, working across theatre and television for a number of years.  He then moved into Learning & Development, and after further study qualified as an Executive Coach.  He is now accredited to Senior Practitioner level.

As a Coach, John specialises in leadership, career and interpersonal communication coaching, working with clients both individually and in teams.

John holds a Diploma in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

His skills, together with a strong business background, place him in a truly unique position to have very practical insights into the behavioural challenges encountered in the modern work environment.

Tara Quirke

Tara Quirke is a skilled facilitator, corporate role player, and communications consultant with over 16 years of experience designing and delivering communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills programmes. Drawing on her background in psychology and professional acting, Tara brings a distinctive blend of behavioural insight and performance technique to leadership and team development.

As an Associate with Adaptas, Tara facilitates immersive Forum Theatre experiences and high-impact communication workshops that help participants explore behaviour, feedback, and connection in real time. Her work empowers individuals to build authentic presence, strengthen confidence, and engage audiences effectively—whether in boardrooms, client meetings, or large-scale presentations.

Samantha Harvey

Samantha Harvey is an Operations Support Specialist at Adaptas with a strong background in marketing, CRM strategy, and project management. Formerly Associate Director of Admissions Marketing at the American University in Bulgaria, she brings expertise in data-driven communications, campaign design, and workflow optimisation to enhance engagement, efficiency, and client experience across Adaptas’ learning and development programmes.

Jennifer O’Dea

Jennifer is an Executive Coach and Facilitator specialising in Forum Theatre and Corporate Role Play. Jennifer trained as an actress and worked in that field for 20 years.  During this time she gained valuable insight into what Presence means and how to maximize your impact in a space using your body and voice.  She brings these skills to her work to help people reach their potential in this regard.  In addition to that she is an accomplished Executive Coach, Facilitator and Corporate Role Player working in all levels of industry in Ireland – such as Banking, Law, Education, Civil Service and Professional Services. She believes passionately in the power of coaching to enhance performance and achieve specific goals. In her Role Play work she supports executive learning to enable employees and leaders alike to manage difficult conversations, enhance their communication skills and develop their leadership potential. She is particularly experienced in the discipline of Forum Theatre having studied with the Brazilian Augusto Boal who originated the system.  She is a regular facilitator of Forum Theatre workshops where groups and teams come together to problem solve, team build and work on particular communication skills.
