Steve is an accomplished design leader and engineer with 30+ years of experience gained across multiple roles in the electronics, medical device, pharmaceutical and rehab engineering sectors. His most recent role was Global Head of Design Transformation at Logitech.

A creative and proactive driver of transformational change, managing significant projects and integration programmes. He has a proven ability to positively build, engage and influence cross-functional, multi-cultural teams ensuring in-depth analysis that delivers improved outcomes and positively impacts the client. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional business partnering and leadership counsel plus the drive and ability to make a difference. An innovative problem solver, who enjoys energizing teams and shining a torch on other’s potential.

Steve is a champion of design thinking. He threads this into his leadership, mindset and values. He has 15+ years of experience in practicing, coaching and setting the “design doing” conditions for success. Focussed on the “doing” aspect of Design Thinking, Steve enjoys the challenge and often untold journey of Design Thinking – How to put it into practice on actual projects within real teams. The importance and impact of leadership together with a transparent intent to drive change.

Steve holds an MA Industrial Design & Engineering Royal College of Art & Imperial College, BEng (Hons) Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering Loughborough University of Technology and is currently studying MSc Personal and Management Coaching University College Cork
