Kelly Agnew

Kelly is both an experienced executive and a successful executive coach having completed a Masters degree in personal and management coaching from University College Cork in 2022. Prior to moving toward coaching, Kelly spent more than 20 years leading teams in the pharmaceutical / clinical research and development industry across a number of business units. Her background has been primarily in project management and she is PMP and Prosci certified. Kelly was the head of the Program Management Office (PMO) for a large multinational company. In this role, she led a large global function and also spent a significant part of her time as a thought partner for senior executives and their leadership teams in a complex organisational environment, supporting their employee engagement profile. Having spent almost 20 years being homebased, Kelly is an expert in virtual facilitation and has developed and led successful cultural renovation programs for people-leaders across the globe virtually as well as having facilitated in-person conferences for project management professionals around the world. Kelly is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, having been an executive sponsor and long-time ally for several employee resource groups as well as a culture advisor to senior leaders. She has held several leadership roles in sports clubs, including women’s officer, race director and sustainability advisor, and has undergone further leadership training with Sports Ireland, Triathlon Ireland and Mountaineering Ireland. She has completed training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with SETU – advocating for inclusion work, life, and sport too.

Joseph Quinn

Joseph is a consultant, facilitator and coach. Working at multi-levels within
organisations, Joseph enables professionals to grow their skills and confidence in
leadership, enhanced communication, executive presence, strengths and presenting.
With a career journey starting in Dublin as a trainee Priest for 3 years, 10 years as a
Police Officer in the UK, 11 years as a business owner in New Zealand, Joseph has
returned to Ireland and continues to grow the services he offers to his clients.
Joseph’s passion, expertise and dedication is clearly shown in his practical and
action orientated programmes. Joseph’s abilities to engage, facilitate, support,
challenge and enable participants to achieve continual results, creates a continual
and lasting return, long after the programme has concluded.

Over the past 20 years, Joseph has gained significant experience within the
Financial, Legal, Insurance, Policing, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Recruitment
and Gaming industries. Some of his clients include Grant Thornton, Deloitte, AIB,
Paddy Power Betfair, McDonalds, QBE Insurance, IAG and Riot Games. With
Adaptas, Joseph works regularly with FBD Insurance, A&L Goodbody, Eversheds
Sutherland, CPL Recruitment and Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Coaching & Mentoring
Joseph has gained considerable experience providing professional coaching and
mentoring for clients at all organisational levels from: ‘C’ level, senior leaders,
directors, senior managers, managers, staff and graduates. His engaged, practical
approach enables clients to see immediate results and to continue self-developing
long after the coaching has ended.
