  • A blend of face-to-face and virtual sessions every 3 to 4 weeks
  • Individual one-to-one sessions to explore each member’s Thinking Styles profile
  • Collaborative exploration of team values, enablers, and derailers
  • Action planning at 3, 6, and 12 months to ensure sustainable progress
