He has worked for global brands including Twitter, PayPal, and Dell, where he led strategic learning, talent, and leadership development initiatives at global enterprise scale, supporting multiple industries, job functions, and career levels. His ability to adapt to various industries and job functions has enabled him to apply his expertise to a broad range of clients. As a creative strategist, Neil operates with a consultative mindset, collaborating with clients to analyse their current situation and designing solutions that address challenges, facilitate change, and enhance individual and collective performance. As a sought-after facilitator, he is adept at communicating, building rapport and creating psychologically safe environments that enable groups to connect, engage, and learn together comfortably.
Neil holds a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from the Positive Success Group and a QQI Level 6 Distinction in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics. He is a Global Gallup Strengths Coach, certified in Emotional Intelligence with MHS EQ-i 2.0. He also holds certifications in GlobeSmart Profile, Hogan Assessments, Insights Discovery, Everything DiSC by Wiley, and The Five Behaviors by Wiley, amongst numerous other professional licenses and certifications he has attained. Recognised as a Senior Practitioner-level accredited Coach (EIA) by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Neil has delivered 750+ hours of coaching to a diverse range of clients.
