Jim’s experience ranges from Head of Sales in Gallaher Ltd (Benson & Hedges brands) to partner in Harvest Business Strategies (International Sales Trainers), to the formation of Sales Refocusing Ltd in 2009. With Sales Refocusing Ltd he concentrated on effective change, roles and responsibilities clarification and cost controls. His clients have included Musgrave, Irish Pride Bakeries, Bulmers, Nycomed, MundiPharma, Bank of Ireland, Robert Roberts, Print & Display Poland, POSperita Poland, Bewleys and others. Jim has designed and produced over 1000 job roles to date.
During his work with many clients he noticed that despite quite intensive training, behavioural change was proving difficult for many job holders, on account of their thinking and behavioural approaches. With a team of specialists, including clinical psychologists, practicing managers, and IT specialists he helped create BIAC Profiles (a unique behavioural change process which enables people adopt to change much more effectively), which is now utilised by organisations worldwide.
He was awarded Certified Membership for life by the Irish Management Institute for ‘Significant Management Practices and Experience and for Demonstrating Strong Commitment to the Objectives of the Institute’.Back to Team
