Ciarán Hourican is Managing Director of H-Suite, an executive coach, facilitator and strategic people consultant with extensive experience across the public, private and community sectors. He works with CEOs, senior leaders, managers and teams to connect organisational ambitions with the leadership, capability and everyday practices needed to deliver them.

His work spans executive coaching, leadership and management development, strategic alignment and OKRs, competency frameworks, workforce planning and career development. He also supports interview and selection capability, helping candidates communicate their experience and equipping interview boards to assess evidence fairly. His programmes develop practical skills in communication, coaching, decision-making and accountability, grounded in participants’ real responsibilities.
