Agne Vabamae - Organisational Development Consultant, Researcher & Coach

Agne is a high achiever having graduated from all educational levels with first class degrees. She received a first-class honours MSc degree in Organisational Development and Change from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Also, she graduated cum laude with BA in Public Administration from Tallinn University of Technology. In addition to high academic accomplishments, Agne has experience in organisational leadership as she was elected to be a chairwoman of Tallinn University of Technology Social Sciences Student Council.

Agne’s work to date has been connected to research and people development. Her career started in Estonia where she worked as a personal assistant to professor Tiina-Randma Liiv who is one of the leading scholars on small-states research and public-management reforms in Central and Eastern Europe. Furthermore, Agne undertook her internship in the Top Civil Service Competency Centre of Estonian Government.

At Adaptas Agne spends much of her time researching for Adaptas and assisting with information and knowledge that relates to various topics about organisational development and change: learning organisations, high performing teams, happiness in organisations. Also, Agne is involved in the project of developing e-books for Adaptas.

Outside of Adaptas, Agne works for a learning and development company called Positive Success Group where she contributes to facilitation and coaching. Agne is also a life and executive coach at Shine Authentic. Through her approach she helps people to connect to their real selves and their natural talents. She supports her clients in designing solutions that are enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life.

Being passionate about sustainability, ecological living and personal energy management, Agne brings fresh perspectives into her work.
