Adaptas has designed and delivered a diverse range of workshops tailored to support the staff development needs at Intercom. Topics have included:

Ongoing Programmes

The ‘Managing Personal Change’ and ‘Transitioning to People Management’ workshops have been delivered on a quarterly basis to staff across the organisation since 2018.

The ‘Managing Personal Change’ workshop was created by Dr. Celine Mullins and draws upon insights from her books Our Learning Brain and Developing Learning Habits, combined with some learning needs at Intercom.

Collaborative Design and Delivery

Adaptas worked in close partnership with Intercom’s Senior Manager of People Development (Global) to design the ‘Managing Personal Change’ and ‘Transitioning to People Management’ workshops. These sessions were carefully crafted to reflect Intercom’s organisational values and development priorities. Initially delivered by Dr. Celine Mullins, the ‘Managing Personal Change’ workshop is now also facilitated by a US-based trainer to support staff across Intercom’s US offices.

Broader Engagement and Continued Support

Dr. Celine Mullins and her team have continued to collaborate with Intercom, delivering additional workshops for managers and team leaders on a variety of topics. Notably, they have run multiple sessions on Unconscious Bias (Diversity and Inclusion) for teams in both Dublin and London in collaboration with Catherine Curran of Level4.

These development programmes have contributed significantly to fostering a culture of growth, inclusion and leadership excellence across the organisation.
