Siobhan Brennan is a dynamic and results-driven business consultant, sales trainer, and leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience across the Financial Services Outsourcing, IT, and SME sectors. As the founder and Managing Director of Sales Lab Ltd, Siobhan has worked with over 80 business owners through grant-funded mentoring and consultancy projects, delivering measurable improvements in sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic clarity.

Siobhan brings a unique blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial insight to her training and coaching work. Her early career saw her lead large-scale operations and billing teams at AOL Europe and Arvato, where she managed complex vendor relationships, implemented robust financial controls, and led cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth and change (Customer Growth – From zero to three million in 6 months. Team Growth – from 2 to 20 in 1 year). Her ability to align people, systems, and processes to strategic goals has been a hallmark of her leadership style.

Since founding Sales Lab in 2018, Siobhan has become a trusted advisor to SMEs and micro-businesses across Ireland. She specialises in designing and delivering tailored sales training programmes, mentoring business owners, and coaching teams to improve communication, resilience, and performance. Her work with InterTradeIreland, Fingal Local Enterprise Office, and Innovate-NI has helped businesses unlock new revenue streams and build sustainable growth strategies.
