Barbara Gilleran is a highly experienced talent development leader with a track record in  organisational development, leadership effectiveness and culture change in global environments. She has 15+ years of experience spanning financial services, technology and media. She is a skilled instructional designer and facilitator, who brings an innovative approach to create impactful programmes that accelerate performance, build inclusive, values-led cultures and support people at every stage of their career.

An accredited Executive and Team Coach, Barbara specialises in embedding coaching cultures that elevate both performance and well-being. Her approach to leadership development is grounded in compassion and authenticity and empowers leaders to create psychologically safe, high-performance cultures. She combines her corporate expertise with deep coaching capability to help leaders communicate with clarity, build trust and manage complexity with confidence.

Barbara is a lifelong learner, with an MBA from Smurfit Business School, BA in Human Resources and Diplomas in Business and Innovation. She is passionate about wellness and workplace culture, completing her Postgraduate in Workplace Wellness at Trinity College Dublin in 2025. She partners with organisations to design practical, engaging learning interventions that align people strategy with business goals.
