You can’t get out of a problem with the same
thinking that got you into it
This Programme takes leaders on a thorough journey to understand the thinking, that is potentially impeding their optimal success as leaders.
It has become more common knowledge that much of what it takes to be a great leader involves understanding how our underlying ‘thoughts’ and ‘emotions’ rule our behaviour. It is not enough to take external solution-focused approaches to really improve a leader’s performance.
When people are taught to notice the way they think and how that impacts on their behaviour, this impacts positively on the actions they take, the decisions they make and on their communication.
One of the highlights in the programme was connecting thinking and behaviour to the achievement of key goals and aspirations. This included the discovery of our current thinking styles and making worthwhile lasting adjustments.

BIAC profiles gives participants the ability to review and access their behavioural traits and adapt to improve their effectiveness. Additionally the process gives a deeper knowledge of other people’s behaviour and how that impacts on business effectiveness.
BIAC profiles recognise that behaviour can change and is capable of adjusting. This contrasts greatly with tools such as MBTI which assumes that a person’s type is stable and unchanging over time
